Kent S. Bartley

Chief Operating Officer, Envirosystems Incorporated

Having served in our industry since 1989, Kent was appointed Chief Operating Officer in December 2015. Kent is responsible for overseeing operations of the company and integration of acquisitions. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Maine and a Master’s Degree in Business from Northeastern University.

Michael Tringali

CFO & Treasurer, Envirosystems Incorporated

Michael oversees the company’s financial, treasury and planning activities. His experience in financial management, mergers and acquisitions, and financing is a key asset to Envirosystems’ continued growth. Michael joined Envirosystems in 2000 as the Vice President of Finance for U.S. operations and remains President of Envirosystems USA, Inc. Prior to joining Envirosystems, he was employed as a public accountant and held other senior financial positions. Michael holds a bachelor degree in Accounting from the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jeff Fraser P.Eng.

Senior Vice President, Envirosystems Incorporated

Jeff is the Senior Vice President of the Eastern Canada Region of Envirosystems. He joined Envirosystems in 2008 through the acquisition of Barrington Industrial Services and brings over 10 years of experience in the industrial and environmental services sector. Through his various operational leadership roles with Envirosystems across the country, Jeff has consistently shown a commitment to ensuring that the company is servicing customers at the highest level. Jeff is a graduate of Saint Mary’s University Sobey School of Business Executive MBA Program and is a registered Professional Engineer.

Dan Richards

Senior Vice President, Envirosystems Incorporated

Dan Richards accepted the position of Senior Vice President, Western Canada Region for Envirosystems in May 2015. Dan’s background includes over 35 years in oil sands and petro-chemical services managing all aspects of industrial cleaning services for shutdowns, major projects and operational maintenance of plant sites throughout Canada. Dan is a graduate of the Queen’s School of Business Executive Program and has completed various Industrial Safety and Loss Management Courses.

Clint Stewart

Senior Vice President, Envirosystems Incorporated

Clint has over 20 years of senior management experience in our industry and has been with Envirosystems since 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Dalhousie University and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from St. Mary’s University. Clint’s responsibilities include North American Operations for Mattawa Industrial Services as well as Corporate Innovation and Research & Development activities for all of Envirosystems.

Scott Sangster

Senior Vice President, Envirosystems Incorporated

With over 15 years of health, safety and environmental management experience across various industrial organizations (oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation, mining, transportation, etc.), Scott leads the development and implementation of Envirosystems integrated management systems in Canada and the USA. Scott maintains national designations from the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals and the Canadian Environmental Certification Approvals Board. Scott joined Envirosystems in 2009.

Terry Kipper

Senior Vice President, Envirosystems Incorporated

Terry Kipper was appointed a Senior Vice President of Envirosystems in June 2013. As the former owner and founder of Quadra, Terry was responsible for business development, forecasting, recruiting and managing staff. In Terry’s 30 years in the Oil and Gas industry, he has planned countless major shutdowns / turnarounds and has brought many new technologies and safety practices to the industry. Terry has obtained his Total Quality Management Certificate, Quality Control Certification, Engineer Technologist diploma and CWB Supervisor Certificate.

Alexander (Alec) F. Thomas

Senior Vice President, Envirosystems Incorporated

Joining Envirosystems in May 2003, Alec has more than 47 years of experience in the industrial services and environmental industry. He has owned and managed companies that provided such services as waste processing, recycling, hazardous waste transportation, industrial cleaning, lab packing, emergency response, wastewater treatment, training, analytical services, sorbents manufacturing, and remedial services throughout Canada and the United States. He is a graduate of the Harvard University Owner/President Management (OPM) Program, 1992.

André Lachevrotière

Vice President Waste Facility Operations

Starting in the marine industrial services sector Andre has 19 years of experience leading both industrial and environmental services businesses. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Nova Scotia and has Leadership and Coaching and Mentoring training from the Ivey School of Business. Having focused on waste processing and environmental management for the past 10 years Andre is responsible for all Envirosystems waste processing facilities throughout Canada as well as our Amazon paint recycling businesses in the USA. His focus is to continue to advance Envirosystems as leading the waste management services sector with waste valorisation and resource recovery for recycling.
