Reporting to the Vice President, Contracts and Business Development the Manager, Contract Compliance will be an integral part of the Operations & Business Development team for Envirosystems Incorporated. The successful incumbent will be responsible to provide accurate and timely support to ensure key operational and business development objectives are met for the region.

Primary responsibilities include:

– Ensure Project controls are in place and followed to decrease contractual risk while maximizing profit;
– Support Operations to understand contract pricing rules and minimize leakage once contracts are finalized;
– Provision of Contract Summaries, conduct internal contract kick off meetings with Operations, and Finance teams;
– Provide resources to ensure contract compliance;
– Complete Quarterly and Annual internal contract audits;
– Develop final pricing and packaging of all cost and data to complete proposals;
– Extensive review, drafting and development of rates and adjustments;
– Oversee the proposal process to ensure compliance with Envirosystems RFP/RFQ requirements and corporate objectives and goals;
– Contribute to the creation and negotiation of industrial services, chemical cleaning and environmental contracts to ensure relevant and realistic contract commitments;
– Oversee the management of current submission processes and target deadlines;
– Analyze tender requirements to ensure and understand customer requests;
– Drive the functional review of bidding proposals; project risk assessment and mitigation;
– Gather proposal content from subject matter experts and from past proposals, incorporate and assist in preparing content specific to proposals;
– Extensive review, drafting and development of rates and adjustments;
– Provide summary overview of all RFP’s to the management team outlining anticipated profit and risk;
– Partake in commercial audits and Stewardship / KPI review meetings with Clients;
– Special projects as assigned.

Minimum qualifications include:

– Post-Secondary education with a focus on Finance and/or Accounting;
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in contracts/commercial management;
– Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a high attention to detail and experience producing and developing highly professional presentations, proposals and quotations;
– Advanced knowledge of proposal process, and the ability to manage complex projects;
– Advanced knowledge using Microsoft Office, CRM technology and finance programs;
– Proven ability to produce high quality work while facing competing priorities and strict deadlines;
– Strong attention to detail and time management skills;
– Ability to make sound decisions under minimal supervision;
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
